- Perform an
on-site inspection of the job and provide a detailed bid in a timely
manner.
- Demonstrate
that they are licensed as a legitimate contractor in your area, recognized
by your local municipality, and licensed and insured to repair or install
cooling and heating equipment.
- Be able to
provide a state of Florida number and certification for refrigerant
handling, which has been required since 1992.
- Have several
years of experience in the community.
- Provide examples
of quality installation work with names of customers who can be contacted
for references.
- Employ service
technicians whohave North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification
to professionally install and service cooling and heating systems. For
